If your brain feels like it has 47 tabs open all the time—or like you're always chasing a thought before it disappears—you’re not alone.
Whether you’ve had a diagnosis for years or are just starting to wonder if ADHD is part of your story, I’ll help you explore options that feel right for you. We’ll talk through your challenges, your strengths, and your goals—not just symptoms on a checklist.
What ADHD support looks like here:
Mental health looks different for everyone, which means care should too.
At your first appointment, we’ll take time to really get to know you. We’ll talk about your mental health, your current symptoms, and what goals you’d like to work on.
We’ll also go over your full medical history to make sure nothing physical is causing your symptoms. If needed, we’ll help connect you with the right care or services.
Our goal is to listen, support you, and build a plan that fits your needs.
Wondering what medication support looks like?
If medication becomes part of your care, don’t worry — we’re in this together.
We’ll create a plan that fits you, not the other way around. We’ll check in regularly, track how you’re feeling, and make changes if needed.
You’ll be part of every decision. Our goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and fully in control of your treatment.
Is your child pulling away and saying 'no' to school? Are you a parent feeling worried and not sure what to do?
Your child will have a safe space to talk, feel heard, and be treated with kindness and respect. We're here to support your whole family every step of the way.
Parents often come to us for help with things like:
Every child is different, and we’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your child’s needs and helps them feel their best.
Are you a high performing professional navigating imposter syndrome or perfectionism?
Life can be stressful, and mental health challenges don’t always have a clear cause. You’re not alone — we’re here to help.
We frequently work with:
We’ll work together to build a treatment plan that fits your life, your goals, and your needs — so you can start feeling better and move forward with confidence.
Are you tired of trying medications that don't work or you have so many side effects? Not sure which medication is right for you?
Everyone is different — and that includes how your body responds to medicine. That’s why we offer Genomind testing, a type of genetic test that can help guide medication choices.
This test isn’t required, but it can be a helpful tool if you’ve had trouble finding the right medication in the past. If you're interested, just ask your provider during your visit.
This test looks at how your genes may affect your response to certain medications. It can give your provider more information to help create a treatment plan that works better for you.
If you're curious or think this might help, just let us know — we're happy to talk more about it.
